Feeling in reversals and
Spiraling deeper.

Seasonal Musings & Reflections
I turned 50 on September 5th. It simultaneously feels significant, and like nothing special. What does feel noteworthy, is that I consistently feel more vital, vibrant, calmer and connected than I have in the past. I am full of gratitude for all that I have learned, and experienced; all that I am learning and experiencing; and all that I will learn and experience.
In the spirit of, and in resonance with this sentiment I would like to share a version of my emergent daily thanksgiving.
I give thanks to the fertile Mystery that precedes, and is Mother to all manifestation.
I give thanks to the Heavens and the Earth, to North and South, East and West, to Center and Spaciousness.
I give thanks to all kin; those who have come before, those who are here with us, and those who have not yet arrived.
I give thanks to the sun, the moon and the stars; to water and wind, to soil and stone, and to life in all her myriad expressions.
I give thanks to the turn of the seasons, the ebb and flow of the tides, the pulsation of breath, and the beat of the heart.
I give thanks to all being and becoming, and to that which is between.
I give thanks for the miraculous opportunity to be here in this moment living, learning, loving, and growing. Today, may I be of service to the welfare and wellbeing of All.
Thank you for your support, and the privilege of supporting you.
On the days Mada (for those who don't know, my 12 year old kid) and I are together, this is part of how we begin our day.
What would it be like if when you looked inside yourself what you saw was nature?
What if the the same nature we witness without in the forest, the mountain and the ocean is within?
Recently, these questions, inspired by my dear friend and teacher Bonnitta Roy, have been my constant companion
My hope is they are nourishing to you as well.
